Team Savannah is currently executing the design and construction of an upgrade to the Great Northern Highway in the Kimberly region of Western Australia for Main Roads WA using an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) relationship contract.
Team Savannah comprises BGC Contracting, Laing O’Rourke and AECOM Maunsell who, together with Main Roads WA, worked in a collaborative relationship contract to prepare the preliminary design and contract price for completion of the design and construction of the road. Projenco assisted Team Savannah throughout this phase of the project by delivering workshops on relationship development, estimate review, lessons learned, etc.
Projenco also assisted Team Savannah to develop a Relationship Management Framework for the activities to be developed in the field and is currently assisting the site team to undertake surveys of relationship attitudes (Health Checks) as well as conducting Team Development Sessions.
