Over the past two and half years, Des Alach and Greg Elliott from Projenco have provided an advisory service to the emerging DORIC Engineering business, a new division of the DORIC Group.
During this time, Des and Greg assisted with strategic and business planning and the appointment of key personnel, and provided advice on systems and procedures, market sector planning and tender preparation.
