Projenco has been appointed by Verve Energy to conduct a Works Management Review from a contract management perspective, followed by the development of Handbooks and Guides to support training of Contract Management personnel at Verve’s Kwinana and Cockburn Power Stations. The assignment is broken into three phases:
Phase 1 – Scoping Study
- Review Verve Energy procurement and contracting policies, procedures and existing contracts and develop an agreed approach for Phases 2 and 3.
Phase 2 – Prepare Coaching Package
- Prepare coaching package of guidelines and support procedures as defined in the Scoping Study.
Phase 3 – Coaching
- Deliver initial sessions and coach Verve Energy personnel to deliver their own ongoing sessions.
