Projenco has been working with VicRoads since February 2009 to establish the strategy and then to establish a road maintenance alliance in VicRoads’ North Eastern Region.
This road maintenance alliance is the first of its kind in Australia. That is one where a public authority has sought partners from private industry to work with them as an integrated team.
Projenco has assisted VicRoads in preparing the procurement strategy for this initiative and in the preparation of the Request for Proposal and Evaluation Programs, which include workshops and the provision of assessment tools for evaluating Proponents.
