Projenco assists different functional groups to collaborate. Groups can comprise people from different parts of the same organisation, or from different organisations, coming together for a specific purpose.
Connected Collaboration occurs when two or more groups develop a common understanding of their shared purpose and shared processes. They will then develop values and principles to underpin their relationship.
The elements of Connected Collaboration include:
- Competence
- A shared, well understood goal
- Mutual respect, tolerance and trust
- Creation and manipulation of shared spaces
- Playing with representations
- Continuous but not continual communication
- Formal and informal environments
- Responsibility and accountability
- Decisions do not have to be made by consensus
- Selective use of outsiders for complementary insights and information
