Working with Owner Organisations
Projenco helps owner organisations to develop and establish Alliance contracts. We initially assist with procurement planning to determine the best form of contract and to develop procurement documentation such as Request for Proposal documents and draft agreements.
We work with owner organisations to design evaluation processes and we facilitate interactive selection interviews and workshops. We ensure that many of the foundations required for a successful alliance are laid during the selection process.
We facilitate the evaluation team’s deliberations and subsequent commercial alignment workshops. We work interactively with all parties and their legal representatives to assist with the establishment of contracts and agreements.

Working with Non-Owner Organisations
Projenco assists non-owner organisations to prepare for Alliance Contracts. We assist with initial teaming when required to bring contracting organisations together into appropriate groupings as tendering consortiums.
We coach tendering teams, preparing them for the selection process being driven by the owner organisation. We often have active involvement in the preparation of proposal documents.
Most importantly, we ensure that the tendering group develops into a high performance team with a values-driven culture that prepares them for rapid transition into the alliance with the owner organisation.

Working with the Alliance
Projenco works with alliance teams to formally establish team structures and to provide ongoing coaching and facilitation. Effective delivery of a project or program of work requires outstanding cooperation and collaboration within the alliance organisation and with key stakeholder groups. Relationship development strategies must consider parent organisations, key suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, service providers, regulating authorities, community groups, and the many other project stakeholders.
We use our ‘Purpose to Structure’ model to steer the new alliance on a path to success. We facilitate the formal establishment of a Leadership Team and a Management Team. We work with the alliance to establish a formal Alliance Relationship Management Plan.
We develop high performance teamwork within functional groups and use our ‘Connected Collaboration’ model to develop relationships between functional groups and with key stakeholder groups.
We assist the Management Team to establish a Transition Management Team. We help the alliance to develop a Performance Management Framework directly linked to project or program objectives.
We regularly conduct Alliance Health Checks and improvement planning workshops. We facilitate innovation breakthrough workshops and provide facilitation services for many other team-based activities.
Projenco has developed a ‘Leadership for Alliancing’ program that develops individual and collective leadership. As part of this program we deliver our ‘Coaching Out of the Box’ program to managers and other selected leaders. A program of periodic leadership assessment and coaching is also established.

We work with the Management Team to develop an Alliance Performance Scorecard to assist in monitoring actual performance against pre-agreed performance measures. The example below illustrates a Key Result Area (KRA) outcome. This is a compilation of weighted Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which can also be displayed in the same graphical manner.
