Relationship Health Checks examine the relationship within teams, between teams or between organisations. Our system is often used to examine commercial relationships between suppliers or contractors and their customers.
Organisations entering into relationship-based commercial arrangements do so under the belief that removing organisational barriers and operating in an environment of trust, openness and cooperation will produce results beyond business as usual. The Health Check is a mechanism for testing this assumption.
Health Checks operate at the 'perception' level rather than the 'factual' level. While perceptions are not an accurate indicator of actual performance, they are considered to be a lead indicator of future performance.
Along with other performance indicators, the Health Check provides a basis for ongoing coaching and performance improvement.
